Standard Card Size Our plastic id cards are a standard CR80 size (86mm x 54mm), matching a typical credit card. The design area on your screen is slightly larger to make it easier for you to print plastic cards online with precision. Bleed Area & Edges The red dotted line represents the bleed area. To ensure your id cards are printed without white borders, please stretch any background images or artwork slightly past this line. This ensures your design covers the card from edge to edge once cut. High-Quality Images For the best results on your employee id cards, we recommend using high-resolution images. Ideally, files should be at least 1000 x 1000 pixels at 300dpi. Smaller images may appear pixelated or blurry when your plastic id cards are manufactured. Holes & Slots If you choose to add a hole or slot (via the dropdown menu), please keep important text and logos away from that area. Leaving a small gap ensures that the punch doesn't cut through your vital information or branding. |
Colour We strive to match your chosen colours as closely as possible. Please keep in mind that digital screens often appear brighter than the physical id cards printed by our professional presses. Need to order several cards with different names or photos? Once you finish your first design, simply select "Add this card and keep designing more" on the next page. This allows you to maintain a consistent look across all your employee id cards. We are a professional printing service for legitimate business and identification needs. We reserve the right to refuse any order for plastic ID cards if sufficient evidence of legitimacy cannot be provided.
